Job Description

Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Wilmington with pay starting at 150K. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation matters and providing legal advice on a wide range of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal
Conducting legal research and analysis of legal issues
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements
Preparing for and attending court hearings and trials
Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

JD from an accredited law school and admission to the state Bar
Proven experience in civil litigation
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
