The Opportunity A respected, long-standing firm is looking for a seasoned litigation legal assistant to anchor its Tulsa office.

You’ll support a team of high-caliber litigators handling complex, multi-state matters. Most of the attorneys sit in a sister office, so this role needs someone who is independent, sharp, and dependable.

Compensation & Schedule

• $55,000-$65,000 salary
• 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
• Flexible start (8, 8:30, or 9) with a matching end (5, 5:30, or 6)

• Discovery
• Multi-state litigation
• Appellate

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of 100+ matters
• Docket for Oklahoma and Missouri, with other states possible
• Support discovery, filings, and appellate work
• Keep deadlines and case details airtight
• Pivot quickly as priorities shift

What We’re Looking For

• 5-10 years of heavy litigation experience
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent docketing skills
• Strong multi-tasking and the ability to pivot
• Quick learner and true team player
• Comfortable with a heavy workload

Please note: Some overtime is required, but not every week.
