Job Description

A well-respected law firm is hiring a Litigation Legal Assistant for its Tulsa office. You'd support a busy litigation team handling a heavy, multi-state caseload, including discovery and appellate work. This is a great fit for someone who loves detail and thrives in a fast-paced practice.

What you'll do

  • Support attorneys on a large litigation caseload, including multi-state litigation, discovery and appellate matters
  • Manage docketing for Oklahoma and Missouri, and possibly other states
  • Prepare, organize and track filings, deadlines and case documents
  • Juggle competing priorities and pivot quickly as cases move
  • Work closely with a team spread across more than one office

What you bring

  • 5-10 years of legal assistant experience in heavy litigation
  • Excellent docketing skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly and manage a heavy workload
  • A team player who's comfortable with occasional overtime
  • Located within commuting distance of Tulsa, OK
