Legal Assistant

Our client, a highly respected national law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills, along with experience supporting labor and employment or complex litigation matters. This is a hybrid position based in Phoenix requiring approximately 2-3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys.
Coordinate attorney support needs with centralized administrative, calendaring, billing, and document production teams.
Prepare and submit detailed work requests, ensuring complete instructions and supporting documentation are provided.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal team members to streamline workflow and avoid duplication of requests.
Monitor and track court deadlines, filing requirements, and important case milestones.
Maintain and update electronic matter files and case management systems.
Prepare, review, and format legal
