This isnt just another support roleyoull be a key player working alongside high-performing attorneys on complex cases, including trial preparation, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.If youre someone who thrives under pressure, stays two steps ahead, and takes pride in being the person attorneys rely onthis role was built for you.What Youll Be Doing Own the preparation and formatting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence. Handle State and Federal e-filing with confidence and accuracy. Manage busy attorney calendarsdepositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Keep cases moving by tracking deadlines and maintaining organized files from start to finish. Transcribe dictation and turn it into polished, client-ready documents. Communicate with clients, courts, and internal teams with professionalism and ease. Coordinate travel and logistics like a pro. Jump in on trial prep and be part of the action when it matters most.What Makes You a Great Fit 5+ years of litigation support experience (Legal Assistant or Secretary). Strong background in civil defense litigation. Trial experience or solid trial prep exposure. You know your way around State & Federal court procedures and e-filing. Tech-savvy with tools like Outlook, Word, Adobe, and legal systems (iManage, etc.). Fast, accurate typing (70+ WPM) and strong transcription skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
