Litigation Legal Assistant We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team in the greater Detroit area. This position plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys in all phases of the litigation process. Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and filing legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and motions. Organize and maintain case files and relevant documents. Coordinate depositions, hearings, and client meetings. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries. Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel. Qualifications: Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant in a litigation practice. Proficiency in legal research and document management software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
