Job Description
A mid-sized, general practice law firm in Gwinnett County is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a collaborative, team-oriented practice.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial prep
- Draft, revise, and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings
- Obtain, review, and track medical records, billing, and expert materials
- Organize evidence, assist with discovery, and maintain accurate case documentation
- Communicate with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of litigation experience (personal injury and medical malpractice required)
- Strong knowledge of e-filing and court procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and case management tasks
- Paralegal certificate a plus
