Job Description

Top-Notch Arkansas personal injury firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to manage the day-to-day operations of cases headed for trial. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering top-notch support to attorneys and clients alike.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)

  • Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred

  • Case management software experience strongly preferred

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

  • Highly organized, professional, and client-focused

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $60,000 - $70,000
