Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

️ What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with professionalism and compassion
- Conduct client intakes and manage case files from intake to resolution
- Request, track, and organize medical records and essential documentation
- Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Prepare and assemble compelling demand packages
- Negotiate medical balances and assist with settlement preparation
- Support attorneys with trial, mediation, and arbitration prep
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to drive case success
