Location: Los Angeles, CA or Emeryville, CA (Onsite/Hybrid based on firm needs)Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 DOE

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a busy and collaborative employment law practice focused on class actions, collective actions, and wage & hour litigation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being an integral part of complex, high-profile cases.

What You'll Do

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex employment litigation and class action matters.

• Prepare, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, exhibits, and discovery.

• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and/or LexisNexis.

• Prepare and generate Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents with a high level of accuracy.

• Assist with motion practice, court filings, trial preparation, and case management.

• Coordinate deadlines, maintain litigation calendars, and ensure timely case progression.

• Collaborate closely with attorneys and litigation support staff while managing multiple priorities.

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 + years of recent paralegal experience specifically supporting employment class actions, collective actions, and wage & hour litigation.

• Expert-level proficiency preparing Tables of Authorities.

• Strong legal research skills using Westlaw and/or LexisNexis.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

• Trial preparation experience is highly preferred.

Compensation

• $70,000 – $95,000 annually, depending on experience.
