Healthcare Litigation ParalegalDallas, TX -Hybrid-4 Days on-site 1 Day WFHSalary-75-80k-Plus a target bonusOur client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy Healthcare practice group handling complex litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on sophisticated healthcare and managed care disputes involving arbitration proceedings, state court litigation, and federal filings.The ideal candidate will bring strong law firm litigation experience, including hands-on experience supporting arbitrations through AAA and/or JAMS, along with state and federal court filing experience. Healthcare or managed care litigation experience is highly preferred, but candidates with strong litigation and arbitration backgrounds from other practice areas will also be considered.Responsibilities

  • Provide litigation and case management support for healthcare and managed care matters
  • Support arbitration matters, including filings and case management through AAA and/or JAMS
  • Prepare, organize, maintain, and manage litigation and case-related documents for internal and external collaboration
  • Draft, revise, and review pleadings, discovery materials, exhibits, expert reports, and other litigation documents
  • Coordinate and manage state and federal court filings and procedural deadlines
  • Assist with document productions, document review, and case analysis
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research across multiple jurisdictions
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, vendors, courts, arbitrators, and arbitration administrators regarding case management matters
  • Support trial, hearing, and arbitration preparation, including exhibit organization, witness preparation, and hearing logistics
  • Maintain matter files, calendaring, and deadline tracking across multiple active cases
  • Utilize document management systems and file-sharing platforms to organize and distribute materials
  • Assist attorneys and the practice group with workflow coordination and litigation support activities
Qualifications
  • Paralegal Studies degree or certification required
  • 3 years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm environment
  • Experience supporting complex litigation matters, including arbitrations and court filings
  • Familiarity with AAA and/or JAMS arbitration procedures strongly preferred
  • Experience with state and federal court filings required
  • Healthcare, managed care, insurance defense, professional liability, or complex commercial litigation experience preferred
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
