Litigation Paralegal

A prestigious is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their collaborative Legal Support team in either their Los Angeles or Irvine offices.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting attorneys across a variety of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial.

• Draft and organize discovery materials, including interrogatories, requests for production/admissions, subpoenas, and deposition summaries.

• Conduct legal and factual research, prepare case chronologies, and assist with motions and pleadings.

• Manage case documents — electronic and hard copy — including labeling, scanning, and organization within document management systems.

• Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, subpoenas, and on-call letters; assist attorneys during trial and mediation.

• Perform cite checking, background research, and due diligence on witnesses, experts, and entities.

• Maintain high-quality work product while meeting tight deadlines in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum -5 years of litigation paralegal experience- in a mid-sized law firm.

• Paralegal certificate required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of e-discovery principles preferred.

• Experience with complex commercial litigation or regulatory matters a plus.
