- Set the Attorneys up for success by managing calendars
- Assist with preparing documents for the team and prepping important correspondence and contracts
- Help Attorneys with file management, reports, and submissions
- Ensure to keep the team in the know with legal research and analysis
- 5 years experience ideally in Commercial Law, insurance Defense or Personal Injury
- Paralegal Certification
- Experience with legal research databases and Microsoft Office
- An independent self-starter who works well in a collaborative environment
- Great communication and time management skills
