Position: Senior Litigation Paralegal – Product Liability FocusLocation: Costa Mesa, CAType: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: $80,000 to $90,000
An exceptionally fast-paced and high-performing litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is a dynamic environment focused on achieving outstanding results through strategic, high-impact litigation. The practice specializes in complex automotive product liability cases and has earned a strong national reputation for handling high-profile, high-stakes matters.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates sharp attention to detail, and brings a strong background in litigation support and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive litigation support, including document management, discovery coordination, and trial preparation.
- Draft and proofread pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and related legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and investigative tasks to support case strategy.
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and filings in state and federal courts.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure timely completion of all case milestones.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in product liability or complex litigation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certificate a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, case management software, and e-filing systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
