Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice Paralegal Indianapolis, Indiana Direct Hire In Office Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 (DOE) A well-established and highly respected plaintiff-side law firm in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy personal injury and medical malpractice practice. The firm is known for handling complex, high-value matters and providing exceptional client advocacy. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation files from intake through settlement or trial Review, analyze, and summarize medical records; prepare medical chronologies Draft discovery, pleadings, motions, and litigation correspondence Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel Assist with trial and deposition preparation, including exhibits and trial binders Handle e-filings and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines Qualifications 2–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience; medical malpractice and/or personal injury experience strongly preferred Strong medical records analysis and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, litigation support tools, and e-filing systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused Why Consider This Role Stable, reputable firm with complex and meaningful casework Collaborative litigation environment Competitive compensation and benefits, commensurate with experience All inquiries are handled with strict confidentiality.
