Job Description
Germer PLLC is seeking an experienced paralegal to play a key role in assisting attorneys with all aspects of case management throughout the litigation process. The ideal candidate brings strong defense litigation experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently while delivering high-quality support to attorneys and clients.
Candidates will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative and litigation support including, but not limited to: document creation, preparation/revision of correspondence, administrative filings, court filings, electronic transcription, expense reimbursement processing, travel arrangements, and calendar maintenance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years' of recent paralegal experience in a mid- to large-size law firm
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and multi-task.
- A strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision.
