Job Description

Litigation Paralegal

A highly regarded Denver litigation firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its team. This is an opportunity to work alongside accomplished trial attorneys on sophisticated, high-stakes civil litigation matters.

The firm is looking for someone who wants to be actively involved in client focused cases and take meaningful ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

Manage litigation files, deadlines, and case materials
Organize and summarize medical records and other evidence
Assist with discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, and court filings
Coordinate depositions, experts, mediations, and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, providers, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

2+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury, insurance defense, medical malpractice, or related civil litigation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with litigation discovery and medical records
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

$75,000 – $110,000, depending on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who wants to work on substantive litigation, contribute directly to case strategy and preparation, and become an important part of an experienced trial team.
