Job Description

Litigation Paralegal – Real Estate, Probate & Business/Corporate Law3+ Years of Experience | Full Benefits | No Billable Hours

Looking for a paralegal position where you can focus on quality work without tracking billable hours and clients satisfaction is a main priority? A law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support real estate, probate, and business/corporate matters in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, from case opening through resolution.
Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and other legal documents.
Manage case files, attorney calendars, court deadlines, and electronic filings.
Assist with document review, legal research, and preparation for hearings, depositions, and trial.
Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
Assist with documents related to real estate, probate, and business/corporate matters.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of paralegal experience, with a background in litigation and experience in real estate, probate, or business/corporate law.
Strong drafting, organization, communication, and deadline management skills.
Familiarity with court procedures, e-filing, and legal document management.
Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team.
Careful attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
