Litigation Paralegal Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all stages of civil litigation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents
• Assist with discovery, including document review, organization, and responses
• Coordinate filings, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
• Maintain case files and litigation calendars
• Prepare deposition, mediation, and trial materials
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties as needed
• Assist with legal research and case preparation
• Manage multiple cases and competing deadlines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation matters
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• ABA preferred
