Job Description
A well-established law firm in the Tampa area is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, high-volume practice and takes pride in organization, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents in state courts
- Manage high-volume court filings and recordings with accuracy
- Maintain and organize case files and documentation
- Coordinate and manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and key dates
- Ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements
- Communicate with courts, clients, and third parties as needed
- Support attorneys throughout the legal process while keeping matters on track
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with high-volume state court filings and recordings is highly preferred
- Excellent calendaring and deadline management abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Paralegal certificate required
What the Firm Offers
- Competitive salary of $75,000–$85,000, based on experience
- Hybrid schedule (2 days per week in the office)
