Job Description

HumanHire is partnered with a highly respected litigation Law Firm to find a Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team in Nashville. This position offers the opportunity to support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation while working in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment.We Offer:

Pay: $65K - $110K Base Salary (DOE) + Bonus*
Bonus: discretionary annual bonus*
Benefits: Firm-paid Medical, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k) with 3% employer contribution, PTO, and more*
Schedule: fully in-office*
Location: Nashville, TN

Responsibilities:

Provide litigation support throughout all phases of active cases from pre-litigation through trial.*
Assist with document review, legal research, case organization, and discovery management.*
Prepare and organize pleadings, exhibits, trial materials, and other case-related documents.*
Coordinate attorney calendars, court deadlines, depositions, and other case logistics.*
Maintain electronic case files and ensure deadlines and filings are tracked accurately.*
Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to support multiple litigation matters simultaneously.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of paralegal litigation experience in a law firm.*
Experience supporting all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.*
Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.*
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
