Job Description

HumanHire is partnered with an Am Law Top 200 Firm to find a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join the firm's growing team in Dallas. This role involves case management, document handling, legal research, and trial preparation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.We Offer:
  • Pay: $100-150K Base Salary plus OT and Bonus*

Commercial Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal*
  • Draft, review, and cite-check legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas*
  • Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, production, and organization (including e-discovery platforms)*
  • Conduct legal and factual research using online research tools*
  • Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation databases*
  • Coordinate and manage document productions and privilege logs
Commercial Litigation Paralegal Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience*
  • Commercial Litigation experience preferred*
  • Trial experience preferred*
  • Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
