- 5+ years of California civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on employment litigation
- Strong experience drafting motions, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents
- Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and able to provide reliable support to assigned attorneys
- Experience working in a remote setting (preferred)
- Relevant educational background (Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification; ideally both)
