The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including insurance defense and commercial litigation. The position requires a high level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned paralegal to work on complex litigation matters in a highly collaborative environment.Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys with all aspects of litigation including trial preparation, case management, discovery, and motions.
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Coordinating and managing the collection, review, and production of documents in response to discovery requests.
• Preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Managing case files and maintaining case calendars.
• Assisting with insurance defense and commercial litigation cases.
• Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.
• Ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned by attorneys.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience in civil litigation, ideally in a high-volume insurance defense, mass tort, or product liability matters.
• Proficiency in hearing and trial preparation.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in using legal research platforms and litigation support software.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent education and training is preferred.
