• Strong paralegal litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree and a Paralegal Certification from an ABA approved program are required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Westlaw, Adobe and e-Discovery tools.
• Extensive e-discovery and other technology experience with applications such as Trial Director, CaseMap and Everlaw.
• Experience with processing electronically stored information (ESI).
• Ability to learn and work with emerging artificial intelligence applications.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
