Job Details

2 to 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
Prior experience in labor and employment law preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and legal document management systems
Experience with eDiscovery platforms and TrialDirector is a plus
Graduate of an ABA-approved paralegal program
Meets the requirements of California Business & Professions Code § 6450
Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team
