Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in construction defect and/or personal injury to support attorneys through all phases of litigation.This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple matters, understands litigation procedures, and can work independently in a remote environment.Responsibilities include:

• * Managing case files from inception through trial
• * Drafting and preparing pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• * Coordinating and responding to discovery (including document production)
• * Preparing deposition notices, subpoenas, and summaries
• * Assisting with trial preparation, including exhibit binders and witness coordination
• * E-filing in state courts (California experience preferred)
• * Maintaining deadlines and calendaring key litigation events
