• Providing litigation support from intake through resolution in employment and personal injury matters
• Preparing, filing, and e-filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Drafting correspondence, legal forms, and routine litigation documents
• Managing and organizing physical and electronic case files and litigation databases
• Coordinating scheduling, calendars, meetings, and deadlines
• Communicating professionally with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel
• Assisting with discovery, document production, and deposition preparation
• Supporting trial preparation, including exhibit management and logistics
• Performing clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience in labor and employment
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred but not required
