• Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case milestones
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, subpoenas, and related documents
• Organize, review, and summarize large volumes of records and evidence
• Coordinate with experts, vendors, and witnesses
• Prepare deposition summaries, exhibit binders, and trial materials
• Assist with filings in state and federal courts, including e-filing
• Maintain accurate and well-organized case files
• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation through trial

Qualifications

• ABA-approved paralegal certificate required
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 3–5+ years of litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side
• Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures
• Excellent writing, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Professionalism, discretion, and a client-service mentality
