Job Details

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support to 3–4 litigation attorneys

Draft, format, and finalize pleadings, motions, notices, and other legal documents

Handle state and federal e-filings

Coordinate service of process and citations

Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings

Maintain attorney calendars and track key deadlines

Assist with case management and document organization

Process expense reports and administrative requests

Coordinate occasional attorney travel arrangements

Provide general litigation and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required

Experience with state and federal court filings

Strong document formatting and proofreading skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Construction litigation experience is a plus
