Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from intake through trial or settlement
Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motions, and notices
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials in state and federal courts
Organize and summarize medical records and bills
Assist with trial preparation and trial binders
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses

Requirements:

5–7+ years of plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation experience
Familiarity with Florida and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
Experience with legal case‑management software (Filevine preferred)
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
