Litigation Paralegal | Trust & Estates LitigationWe are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a growing trust and estates litigation team supporting 2-3 attorneys. This is a great opportunity for a litigation paralegal who is looking to deepen their experience in a specialized and intellectually engaging practice area.What You'll Do
Provide litigation support to a team of 2-3 attorneys across all stages of case managementDraft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materialsManage case files, deadlines, and calendaringCoordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and courtsAssist with trial preparation including exhibits, binders, and witness coordinationConduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
What We're Looking For
2+ years of litigation paralegal experienceStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communicationPrior trust and estates litigation experience is a plus but absolutely not required — we welcome candidates with solid litigation foundations who have an interest in growing within this practice areaParalegal certificate or related degree preferred
