Job Details

Assist attorneys with case management throughout all stages of litigationDraft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other court documentsSupport trial preparation, including exhibits, witness binders, and courtroom logisticsCommunicate with clients, vendors, and experts as neededAssist with depositions, mediations, and in-court proceedingsUtilize eDiscovery tools and trial presentation software effectively

QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus3-7+ years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense, commercial litigation, or similar)Hands-on trial and courtroom experience preferredExperience with eDiscovery and trial presentation softwareStrong organizational and communication skillsABA paralegal certification a plus
