Job Description

Position: Litigation ParalegalLocation: San Diego, CA (3 days onsite)Pay: $120,000 to $130,000 annuallyExperience: 8+ years of litigation experience including onsite trial support skills. Any Intellectual Property experience is a plus.Education: A paralegal certificate is required.Type: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule: Day Shift, 9:00am to 5:30pm (Must be flexible with OT and be available for local travel to trials)Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic law firm client! Job Description:

Reviewing documents and organizing client documents in the database and to be used for depositions and at trial.*
Court filing in state and federal court, including eFiling.*
Managing extensive client communication and distributing information to team members.*
Assembling trial binders.*
Researching documents within the database.
