Job Description
Job Title: Litigation ParalegalLocation: Costa Mesa, CaSalary: $65,000 $95,000 (DOE)Job Description: A growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to support a busy team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all areas of litigation support, from case inception through verdict, and thrive in a fast-paced, mid-sized to large firm environment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive litigation support including case management, discovery, trial prep, and post-trial follow-up
- Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence
- Assist attorneys in deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
- Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and vendors
- Support multiple attorneys simultaneously with strong attention to detail and time management
- Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Proven experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation
- Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in legal software and document management systems
- Salary range: $65K$95K (DOE)
