Litigation Paralegal

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Location: Costa Mesa, Ca Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 (DOE) Job Description: A growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to support a busy team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all areas of litigation support, from case inception through verdict, and thrive in a fast-paced, mid-sized to large firm environment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive litigation support including case management, discovery, trial prep, and post-trial follow-up Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence Assist attorneys in deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed Coordinate with clients, courts, and vendors Support multiple attorneys simultaneously with strong attention to detail and time management Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience Proven experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in legal software and document management systems Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $65K–$95K (DOE) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time If you're an experienced litigation paralegal looking to take the next step in your career with a dynamic legal team, apply today!
