Job Description
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible. Conduct legal research and compile information to support case preparation. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery requests. Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings with clients and witnesses. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including creating trial binders and exhibits. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed. Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures. Support other administrative tasks as required by the legal team.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Litigation Paralegal should have:
- Experience with managing case files and handling litigation-related tasks.
- Must have Big Law experience.
- Must have trial experience.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of court procedures and filing systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
