Litigation Paralegal

Job Description
- Organize and maintain case files, including managing electronic and physical records.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law, statutes, and other legal documents.
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery requests.
- Coordinate and manage case schedules, including deadlines and court appearances.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
- Review and summarize legal documents, depositions, and trial transcripts.
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining billing records and tracking case expenses.

A successful Litigation Paralegal should have:
- 3+ years of being a Litigation Paralegal
- Experience in energy and oil & gas litigation matters
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and court document preparation.
- Experience with legal research tools and resources.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented approach to handling complex legal documents and case files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
