Premier International Law Firm Litigation Paralegal

Job Description
Organize and maintain case files, including electronic and physical documentation. Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to schedule meetings and depositions. Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial preparation activities. File legal documents with courts and ensure compliance with court deadlines. Maintain accurate records of case activities and correspondence. Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and post-trial proceedings.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Litigation Paralegal should have: Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document formatting. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
