Job Description

Litigation Paralegal – Los Angeles (Century City)

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft and finalize pleadings for state and federal filings.

  • Manage discovery, document productions, and large-volume case files.

  • Support deposition and trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and demonstratives.

  • Work with vendors to meet deadlines and production requirements.

  • Track and record billable hours.

  • Assist with case docketing and court deadlines.

  • Provide legal and administrative support for litigation attorneys.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ litigation paralegal experience.

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local civil procedures.

  • E-Discovery and Relativity experience a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong document management and trial preparation skills.

  • Salary range: $85,000–$110,000, depending on experience.
