Litigation Paralegal We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting attorneys with all stages of litigation, from case inception to resolution. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and challenging legal matters. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs Conduct legal research and investigation to support ongoing litigation cases Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and other important documents Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed Prepare for and participate in trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working as a Litigation Paralegal Proficiency in legal research tools and software Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Paralegal certification or associate degree in Paralegal Studies preferred If you are a detail-oriented and proactive professional looking to advance your career in litigation support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
