Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisting with all stages of litigation cases and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with case preparation, including drafting and filing legal documents
Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys
Manage and organize case files and evidence
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts
Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Litigation Paralegal
Knowledge of legal principles and practices
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Paralegal certification or relevant degree is a plus
