Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Partner to join the team with a book of business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in litigation, first chair, discovery, trial experience. As a Partner, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex litigation matters, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in MA
Book of Business, ideally $1+M
8+ years of experience in litigation, first chair, discovery, trial experience, and a book of business
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to mentor and train junior attorneys
