Job Description
Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff, 3+ years experience)Key Responsibilities:
- File Complaints, Motions, Proof of Service etc. with the Court*
- Request and organize medical records and bills*
- Prepare and send settlement documents*
- Maintain regular client communication*
- Support attorneys with case preparation as needed
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a plaintiff litigation personal injury paralegal*
- Strong knowledge of plaintiff personal injury law*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment*
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and writing skills*
- High attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with clients*
- be able to work on all phases of litigation from the inception of suit to trial including e-filing and handling attorney calendars.*
- possess excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and interact well with clients.*
- have experience working with PI Software required, knowledge of Needles Software is desired *
- Paralegal certification
