Compensation: Base salary between $90,000–$140,000 (commensurate with experience), Paid Overtime, Full Benefits Package, 401(k) with firm contribution, Bonus Eligibility, Health Club Benefits, and more

Summary for Litigation Support Paralegal:

A Global Am Law 100 firm is seeking multiple experienced Litigation Paralegals to add to its existing staff in its New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile litigation matters while gaining meaningful exposure to attorneys and clients. The firm fosters a collaborative, supportive team culture with a strong emphasis on professional growth, making this an excellent opportunity for paralegals looking to advance within a top-tier firm.

Responsibilities for Litigation Support Paralegal:

Prepare and electronically file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other court documents in state and federal courts.
Support attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, exhibits, and overall case management.
Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and court-related websites.
Manage large-scale document productions and case data using litigation support platforms such as Relativity.
Cite-check, proofread, and fact-check briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
Maintain accurate and well-organized case files in accordance with firm standards.
Assist with mentoring and supporting junior paralegals, as appropriate.

Qualifications for Litigation Support Paralegal:

Bachelor’s degree with 2–10 years of litigation paralegal experience.
Strong knowledge of New York state and federal court rules and procedures.
Proficiency with litigation databases, electronic filing systems, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
