About the RoleWe are seeking a Litigation Support Specialist to support our litigation teams with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint driven trial preparation and presentation. This is a role for someone with solid litigation support experience who enjoys being hands on, detail oriented, and closely involved in trial work. PowerPoint is not a secondary skill in this role. It is a core competency. Our attorneys rely heavily on clear, accurate, and visually effective PowerPoint presentations in hearings and trials. This position plays a direct role in shaping how our cases are presented and understood.

Key ResponsibilitiesPowerPoint and Trial PresentationDesign, build, and maintain high quality PowerPoint presentations for trials, hearings, mediations, and internal case strategy sessionsTranslate complex facts, timelines, expert materials, and data into clear and persuasive visual presentationsCreate, format, and manage trial exhibits, demonstratives, timelines, and graphics within PowerPointEnsure presentations are accurate, polished, consistent, and courtroom readyProvide real time support for presentation updates and edits as cases progress toward trial

Document and Case ManagementManage litigation documents including indexing, coding, scanning, and organizationPrepare and organize materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trialsSupport document intensive matters with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Trial Preparation and SupportAssist attorneys with trial preparation including exhibit lists, witness binders, and demonstrativesProvide on-site trial support including management of PowerPoint based trial presentations and courtroom technologyCoordinate trial logistics and technology needs in fast paced environments

CollaborationWork closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other litigation team membersCommunicate clearly and professionally in fast paced trial settingsAnticipate needs and support case teams as matters progress toward trial

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceThree to five years of litigation support experience in a law firm or trial focused legal environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is requiredDemonstrated experience creating trial ready presentations and visual exhibitsExperience with trial presentation and litigation support tools such as TrialDirector, OnCue, and DepoViewProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to travel for trials up to four nights as needed
