General Labor / Load & Unload AssociatePay:$15.00 per hourLocation:Oklahoma City, OK 73135Shift:1st Shift | Monday Friday | 5: 00 AM 5: 30 PMOvertime:Every Other SaturdayJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125288Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable General Labor / Load & Unload Associates to support daily manufacturing operations in Oklahoma City, OK. This position plays an important role in keeping production running efficiently by assisting with material handling, loading and unloading, housekeeping, packaging, and production support activities.The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, values safety, and is comfortable performing physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment.Required Experience & Skills Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment Strong work ethic and dependable attendance REQUIRED Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic hand tool experience is a plus Willingness to assist in multiple departments as neededEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with production tasks including sorting, packaging, kitting, cleaning, and basic assembly Load and unload materials, products, and equipment safely and efficiently Stage raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products for production Maintain proper product identification and organization throughout the facility Use basic hand tools and shop equipment as trained and authorized Support production teams with material movement and workflow needs Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following company standards Report damaged materials, safety concerns, quality issues, or equipment problems immediately Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements Perform additional shop and production support duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments Material handling or shipping/receiving experience Familiarity with shop tools and production equipment Forklift experience is a plusPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Ability to work around industrial equipment and active production areas Required use of steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and other PPE as requiredWork Environment Manufacturing and production facility Fast-paced industrial environment Exposure to machinery, material handling activities, and varying shop conditions Team-oriented setting focused on safety, productivity, and qualityWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Consistent full-time schedule Regular overtime opportunities available Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to gain manufacturing experience and develop new skills Team-oriented workplace with advancement potentialReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 405-367-3076 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:3625 S Council Rd.Oklahoma City, OK 73179Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
