We're looking for a dependable and safety-focused Load Builder to join our yard operations team.In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring customers receive the right materials safely and on time. Assemble and prepare customer orders for delivery and pick-up.Safely load and unload building materials onto trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles.Build balanced, secure loads to ensure safe transportation to job sites.Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move products throughout the yard.Verify materials against work orders and customer requests to ensure accuracy.Label, organize, and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service for customers.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.Ability to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor yard environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.Dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, and move building materials throughout the workday.Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing.Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions and warehouse environments.
