Loader/Delivery Associate

Job description

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist guests. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.

What to expect:

You will work directly with guests welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip. Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.

Job Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

• The position will require prolonged periods of work on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must be able to lift, 50lbs or more consistently.
• Assist with unloading of trucks and stocking merchandise: Keep clean, organized, and fully stocked. This includes end caps and side wing panels.
• Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management displaying a "Speed is Life" attitude. Move with a sense of urgency while paying attention to details.
• Maintain accuracy with operational standards including but not limited to inventory, store property, and in dealings with figures and monies.
• The position will require forklift operation.
• The position will require the ability to safely and properly dispense propane.
• The position will require the ability to assit in the use of a motor vehicle for delivery purposes.

Pay, Benefits, and Perks:

· Paid time off for full-time team members (32 hours or more weekly)

Uniforms are required for this position and consist of:

• Black Polo Shirt

• Pants/Shorts (Blue, Black or Khakis, shorts must be a solid color, no basketball shorts)

• Shoes (Closed toed, no sandal or flip flops)

• No scarves or neck ties
