This position is ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that fluctuates with seasonal demand. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.Key ResponsibilitiesLoading & Production Support
- Load chemicals into containers using hoses and platform systems
- Assist with production operations as trained
- Read meters and gauges accurately to ensure proper output
- Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Adapt to changing production demands and schedules
- Perform basic computer data entry
- Support general operations and equipment use as needed
- Train into additional production roles as opportunities arise
- Reliable attendance and strong work history
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Basic computer skills required
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Farming or agricultural background a plus
- Comfortable working in a seasonal, production-driven environment
