Job Description
- Process lending transactions across bilateral, syndicated, and agented credit facilities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational activities.
- Manage loan servicing functions including payment processing, lender funding activities, fee administration, and transaction settlements.
- Generate and distribute lender and borrower notices related to ongoing transaction activity.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing funds, investigate discrepancies, and perform daily account reconciliations.
- Review and resolve outstanding reconciliation items and aged exceptions within established service levels.
- Monitor past-due items and coordinate resolution efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process loan amendments, assignments, and other transaction updates while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Partner closely with lending, middle office, trading, and booking teams to support transaction lifecycle management.
- Review and authorize operational transactions in accordance with internal controls and approval requirements.
- Support insurance-related payment processing, tracking, and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and support reporting, audit, and operational control requirements.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
